    Hidden River is a private community for residents and
    their guests ONLY.
    All roads are taxiways for aircraft - therefore - NO horses,
    Motorcycles, Bicycles, Roller Blades or ATV's allowed
    UNLESS accompanied by a Hidden River resident.
    No Thru Traffic. No Trespassing.
    Speed Limit 22 knots.

Property owners are to mow their road frontage to the front of the road and mowed so as to keep clippings off the road.

Tuesdays are trash collection days. Trash should be in containers to avoid ravage by animals. Containers should be placed in a manner so as to assure clearance for aircraft movement on roadway/taxiway.

Hunting is not allowed inside Hidden River. Discharge of firearms on or across property other than your own is prohibited.

Dogs must not be allowed to roam. Dogs must be under the control of owner when off owner's property.

Use caution to avoid damage to the roadway during construction. Lot owners are responsible for all damage done to the roadway by contractors or deliveries.
